Swaminiji Vimalananda visit program

 Arrival on 26 Th March, Monday 16.15 in Henry Coanda Airport

Traian, me and Rupinji will wait in airport and bring Her to Ploiesti.

17.15 Arrive in Ploiesti - refreshing after the travel; maybe a snack;

18.30 till 19.30 Administrative Meeting – with Rupinji, me and Traian, possible Geta;
19.00 Dinner in Snitzel house – Indian food, all together (Indian ladies, Rupin, we, other
from study group if they are available)

 27 Th March – Tuesday Trip on Bucharest. Visit House of People and other

important points in Bucharest.

PROGRAM:

7:00 – 7:30 AM Meditations

8:00 – 9:00 AM Breakfasts

9:30 am – Travel to Bucharest visit House of People; Monasteries; Museums and

other nice places. Museums, Ceausescu house, etc

Lunch will be taken at Indian Restaurant in Bucharest.

5:30 PM back to Ploiesti - Swaminiji can rest. Take a snack, fruit.

All peoples accommodated to Snitzelhouse will be with us.

7:00 - 8.00 PM Satsang in my house – with our study group from Ploiesti. (Because
the visit is during the week and usually peoples work till 6 00 pm, we have to set up
the satsang late). Constanta’s peoples.

8.30- 9.30 pm Dinner – Snitzelhouse or in my house (Swaminiji will choose)

 28 Th March Wednesday

On 28th the two Indian ladies from UK will come, Catalin or somebody else will
pick them from Airport. The peoples from Constanta will come. All of them will
be accommodated on Snitzelhouse, and in my neighbor house.

PROGRAM:

7:00 – 7:30 AM Meditations

8:00 – 9:00 AM Breakfasts

Traian will bring the two Ladies from airport; accommodate on Snitzelhouse
( we do not know yet the flight arrivals)

9.00 – 10.30 AM - Satsang; informal discussion (free family time) with the people
that are free from the job and peoples from Constanta; Indian ladies if they are
present. Some peoples from Bucharest will come also.

1.00-2.00 Lunch in my home -

2.00-3.30 Swaminiji rest

18.30- 19.030 Satsang in my house – all peoples from Ploiesti, Bucharest, Constanta,
Indians.

 29 Th March Thursday – Trip to see Sinaia, Brasov city,

 31 Th Marck Friday –Public Lecture in Bucharest

PROGRAM:

7.00 -7.30 AM – Meditation

8.00- 8.30 – AM Breakfast

9.00 – 10.30 AM - Satsang; informal discussion ( free family time) with the people
that are free from the job and peoples from Constanta; Indian ladies. Some peoples
from Bucharest will come also.

( I have to go to my office – I have European Operational Meeting – with a lot VIPs

from my company – it is mandatory to attend; I will come back as soon as I can)

1.00 – 1.30 PM Lunch The Indian ladies together with my husband, Geta will take
care of Swaminiji.

1.30 PM – Swaminiji rest and after that prepare the Public Lecture.

4.00 PM we have to leave in Bucharest for Public Lecture.

6.00 - 6.45 PM – Public Lecture – in Bucharest – Tinerimea Romana – Topic:

We are working to invite the Embassy; Indians families; TV Cultural; Swaminiji

should be prepared for Interview with TV Cultural.

We have to decide when will be the official meeting – Saturday or Friday.

We have to introduce Swaminiji, in the context of the Ambassador of India, ( is a
she , is new in function, so is a good opportunity for her also)
We have to think carefully the plan here; but first I need to see the Embassy
reaction; in some days I will know exact the Embassy protocol; how they react on
my presentation and invitation. ( I sent to them a request for an audience together
with CM presentation)

 31 Th March – Public Lecture & Artistic Program

PROGRAM:

7.00 -7.30 AM – Meditation

8.00- 8.30 – AM Breakfast

9.30 AM – Satsang; informal discussion ( free family time) with the people that are
free from the job and peoples from Constanta; Indian ladies. Some peoples from
Bucharest will come also.

13.30 PM – Swaminiji rest and after that prepare the Public Lecture.

4.00 PM we have to leave in Bucharest for Public Lecture.

( 5.00 till 5.50 PM ) 0.9 hour maxim – Public Lecture – in Bucharest – Tinerimea
Romana – Topic: Swaminiji will choose. We have to talk about that

5.30 – 6.30 PM Artistic Program offered to Swaminiji

15 min – Gita Govinda or other devotional moment for Krishna performed by
