There is no evidence that you are actually in fact a judge or policy enforcer for the original republic. 2. _ There is no evidence that the Court, including the Las Vegas Township Justice Court, the District Court of Nevada and the State of Nevada is not a corporation. 3. There is no evidence that attorneys, lawyers or solicitors can represent a living flesh and blood man or woman, 4. There is no evidence to negate the assertion that a lawyer, attomey, solicitor is not an officer of the court. 5. There is no evidence refuting the notion that a notary public is not an officer of the court, 6. There is no evidence contradicting the role of the clerk as an officer of the Court. 7. There is no evidence that the State of Nevada, Las Vegas Township Justice Court, District Court has the right or jurisdiction to arrest, detain, and imprison a diplomat, 8. There is no evidence that the Court, the State of Nevada, Las Vegas Township Justice Court, District Court has not violated international laws, treaties, declaration of human rights, and contracts. 9. Sullivan, Jennifer Paige Togliatti, Erie Adam Goodman, Steven Bryan Woflson, Barter G. Pace, Jefirey S. Rogan did not kidnap and trafficked the Plaintiff. 14. There is no evidence that the Court and its judges, attomeys, officers have not deprived Plaintiff rights 241 U.S.C., 242 U.S.C. 15. There is no evidence that the Court, including the Las Vegas Township Justice Court, the State of Nevada and its judges, attorneys, officers have not violated due process. 16. There is no evidence to the court's and its judges' accusation of Plaintiff's lack of forthcoming behavior. 17. There is no evidence that an unrebutted affidavit does not stand as truth. 18, There is no evidence that the Court and its officers are not working for a crime syndicate. 19. There is no evidence that the court and its judges, attorneys, officers have written permission or consent to open a trust in the plaintiff's name. 20. There is no evidence that the Court and its judges, attorneys, clerks, officers' did not engage in various illegal activities. 21. There is no evidence that the State of Nevada, the Las Vegas Township Justice Court, the District Court of Nevada, Clark County, City of Las Vegas are not fictional corporations. 22. There is no evidence that judges, lawyers, solicitors are not citizens of the United States of America. 23. This unwarranted insinuation extends to various crucial items vital to legal proceedings, ranging from fingerprints, surveillance footage, and photographs, lease agreements, rental agreements, door keys, gate keys, contracts, utilities bills, deeds, and even cannabis items or products. 24. There is no evidence to negate the requirement for an attorney to present a surety bond to represent a party of the case. 25. There is no evidence that an attomey of the court can represent multiple conflicting parties simultaneously. 26. There is no evidence that each judge of the court is not an attorney or was not an attorney at some point. 27. There is no evidence that the Court and its officers are immune to rz discrimination or use hate crime and excessive force against the Plaintiff. 28. There is no evidence that a lawyer can represent a living flesh-and-blood man or woman. 29. There is no evidence that the court, judges, attorneys, officers, and cletks are not conspiring against Plaintiff rights. 30. There is no evidence that the State of Nevada, the District Court of Nevada, the Las Vegas Township Justice Court, Clark County and its district attorneys, public defenders, and other officers did not plant drugs on the plaintiff. 31. There is no evidence that the Court and State of Nevada, Las Vegas Township Justice Court, Clark County and its officers did not use the news outlets and social media platforms to defraud and defame the plaintiff's character. 32. There is no evidence the court has rebutted Plaintiff's Legal Notice and Demand or replied on time to Plaintiff's objection to report and recommendation. 33. There is no evidence that the Court, Las Vegas Township Justice Court, Clark County, County of Clark, District Court, the State of Nevada is not a Business with a registered Duns and Bradstreet Number. 41. There is no evidence that a report and recommendation is not a final decision. 42. There is no evidence that district court clerks are not legally obligated to process summonses within a reasonable time frame. 43. There is no evidence that court clerks are not duty-bound to facilitate the efficient administration of justice. 44. There is no evidence that the Las Vegas Township Justice Court, State of Nevada, District Court, and its judges, attorneys, lawyers, solicitors, clerks, and officers did not violate Plaintiff's rights and due process of law. 47. There is no evidence that various individuals and entities did not engage in racial discrimination against the plaintiff. 48. There is no evidence indicating that the Court, Las Vegas Township Justice Court, State of Nevada, Clark County, and its employees did not collude and conspired to harm or damage the Plaintiff. 49. There is no evidence that various individuals and entities did not trespass upon Plaintiff, 50. There is no evidence that Plaintiff's freedom of speech was not violated. 51. There is no evidence that the State of Nevada, Las Vegas Township Justice Court and its judges, attorneys, lawyers, solicitors, clerks, officers falsely arrested, imprisoned, accused, abused, defamed, or racially profiled the Plaintiff. 52. There is no evidence that a statute of limitation exists for racial discrimination or hate crime cases. 53. There is no evidence that various individuals and entities did not deprive Plaintiff of rights. 54, There is no evidence that various individuals and entities did not violate due process. 55. There is no evidence that the State of Nevada employees, judges, attorneys, lawyers, officers, clerks are not racist against Plaintiff. 56. There is no evidence that the State of Nevada, and its employees, Las Vegas Township Justice Court and its employees, District Court and its employees did not use excessive force against the plaintiff. There is no evidence that various individuals and entities did not traffick and/or attempt to traffick Plaintiff. 61. There is no evidence that the State of Nevada, Las Vegas Township Justice Court, District Court, and its judges, attorneys and officers did not falsely imprison the Plaintiff and use excessive force based on racial discrimination. 62. There is no evidence to support the claim that various individuals and entities conspired against Plaintiff's rights 63. There is no evidence to support the claim that various individuals and entities did not violate due process. 64, There is no evidence that various individuals and entities did not conspire to imprison the Plaintiff. 65. There is no evidence that the Court, Las Vegas Township Justice Court, State of Nevada, Clark County and its judges, attomeys, clerks and officers did not arrest and illegally prosecute and damage the Plaintiff. 66. There is no evidence that the Court, Las Vegas Township Justice Court, State of Nevada, Clark County, District Court, and its judges, attorneys and officers did not arrest and falsely imprison the Plaintiff and use excessive force against the Plaintiff. 67. There is no evidence to support the claim that various individuals and entities falsely claimed Plaintiff worked for President Obama. 68.
