Using a design of experiments methodology, the study methodically investigates calcium

sulfate-based scaffold prototypes, concentrating on crucial printing parameters such layer

thickness, delay duration, and build orientation. It evaluates parameters related to part

quality, including compressive strength, porosity, and dimensional accuracy. Finding the

ideal settings—x-direction printing with a 300 ms delay time and a minimal layer thickness

—highlights how crucial they are for producing scaffolds of the highest caliber that meet

the requirements of bone tissue engineering. Deeper conversations about the biological

ramifications of these discoveries and resolving the constraints pertaining to material

differences would, however, be beneficial to the study. To improve the study's utility as a

reference for modifying printing settings, it should be made clearer how these parameters

could be modified for various materials or applications.
