The Inspection Finding And Recommendations

➢ In poor condition, the hydraulic cooling fan crane does not function
properly.
➢ Wire rope termination is incorrectly installed.
➢ Absence of Lifting Accessories in Mobile Crane.
➢ Lack of proper safety equipment.
➢ Different types of tires and tires in poor condition.
➢ Preventative Maintenance There is a need to prevent degradation of
all crane boom components.
➢ Crane and lifting accessories with expired certifications

Wire Rope Termination

Wire rope termination is non load bearing.


• It should be correctly installed in the open
with socket with pull line aligned to the center
of the pin with dead line length minimum 6 time
rope diameter not less than 6’’.
• The drum end of the rope shall be anchored
to the drum, but no less than 5 full wraps of rope
should remain on drum in any Operating condition.
