Although Nikola Tesla was considered a genius due to his astonishing projects, he
had to overcome poverty to make them a reality. First of all, he is the author of the
theory of alternating current. That theory was essential to discover and develop new
technology because we can see it in action in our gadgets and home appliances. In
addition to his projects, he contributed a lot to the invention of the radio. One of the
benefits of it is that we can stay informed of all the news that happens in our country.
On the other hand, he discovered how to transfer electrical energy wirelessly. That
means that you are able to turn on a home appliance, and charge a mobile phone,
without the need for a cable. Even though Tesla had good inventions, he couldn't
spread them all over the world due to poverty. He didn’t receive any investment, but
he did everything possible to make his projects a reality. However, when his projects
became famous, he had died. In summary, despite the lack of money and
investments, Nikola Tesla was one of the greatest geniuses in the world.
