    1.

    Connect DM 1801 to computer (PC) with a Baofeng DM Programming cable


    2.Launch the Upgrade software and select the correct COM port
    3.Turn on DM 1801 by Pressing and Holding the SK1 and SK2 button (refer to manual),
    radio will enter "Upgrade mode"
    4. Pick the right firmware file and click "Download"
    5.Wait till the upgrade process done
    6.Reboot DM 1801
