 Over 40 existing dealers with us in all over MP region who rely on GSS for purchasing the
Solar panels and inverters and completing the projects in their respective territories.
 2000 Sq. ft of warehouse for maintaining the stock of 200-300 kW stock of Solar panels and
inverters. We are also having the tie up with our vendors for BOS items.
 We have a good transportation and logistics network.

We deliver our products on time, to specification and on budget, safely, every time. This is the
motto of our every project delivery and will live by on Kirloskar/Havells/Jakson Solar Products.

Assumption

6. Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty on inverters is for 8 years by manufacturer.
2. Solar PV Modules Performance warranty for 25 years and 10 years on product
workmanship warranty by manufacturer.
3. Warranty can be claimed against any manufacturing defect for all the components. No
claim on broken panels after installation or physical damage of plant components.
4. We also provide AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for plant at nominal cost, which
includes testing and performance check of entire system in every six months. AMC for 1
year shall be free and thereafter chargeable @500/- kW/year.
5. Cleaning of panels is in the scope of customer.
6. Installation will be done within 30 days after the receipt of 80% advance payment.
7. Net-metering will be done within 45 days after the order confirmation with payment
receipt.
8. Cancellation of order is not acceptable after PO / Order confirmation.
9. Any other terms and conditions not mentioned over here shall be as per mutual
agreement.
