Thank you for your interest in Campus Cooperative Daycare. Please send completed forms to the Campus
Coop Daycare Administrator via email (campus.daycare@community.utoronto.ca) or mail to 370 Huron
Street, Toronto, ON M5S 2G4. For questions, to book a tour or inquire about your position on a waitlist,
please call us at 416-946-0875. Please note that it is your responsibility to inform the Daycare
Administrator of any changes to your particulars (change of address, change of status at U of T).

The Application Process

Your application will be processed and placed on file after receipt of your completed application form.
Applications will be accepted in sequence and priority is given as follows:
1. Families affiliated with the University of Toronto and who have siblings attending the daycare
2. Families affiliated with the University of Toronto
3. Families from the community who have siblings at the daycare
4. Families from the community
You will be notified when a position becomes available. Once accepted at the daycare, you will be
required to provide a one-month security deposit and post-dated monthly cheques for the child care
program.
