You need to lower your ego because when I tell you to meditate for 3 min your ego will
be like “3 min of meditation? what’s the point, I’ll do 20 min like Aziz to gain benefits
fast”
When I first started, I started with 10 min of meditation I was “10 min is nothin, I can
do it easily, or more”
Why?
go to bed when you feel tired and wake up at 8 am, you’ll be sleep deprived for
1 week but then You’ll get used to waking up early and feel refreshed
Go outside ASAP the first 30 minutes of waking up, to wake the circadian
rhythm (the clock of body)
note: if it’s dark outside, open all the lights in your house to trick your brain that
it’s daytime now, to give you more energy
it’s gonna be uncomfortable to do it at first, but when your mind tells u not to do
it or do it later, DO IT NOW, especially when your mind tells you not to do it,
you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment after doing it

brush teeth
(if you can’t be bothered to brush, you can brush only the front teeth only and
work your way up)
3 min of meditation
Just sit there put a timer on your phone for 3 min, and just sit and follow your
breath as best as you can, if your mind wonders, go back to your breath by
for example, I’m grateful that you’re reading this and want to change your life.
for example, you can take a walk outside for 5 min in your neighborhood,
you can do 5 push-ups, you can run for 5 min, follow a stretching video for 5
min on YouTube, etc…
Kiss your mother’s forehead and tell her that you’re grateful for her
if unfortunately, your momma passed away, pray for her, and you’ll meet her in
the afterlife inshallah
