JOBS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF EACH COMMITEES

OVERALL CHAIRMAN: Ensure all committees are working properly. Supervise all the
events and booths. Assign committee heads for each event and booth.

SPORTS: The person in charge of all sports activities such as basketball,

volleyball, badminton, and chess.

CO-CHAIRMAN: A member of a committee who has been appointed by the

committee to act as chair in the chair's absence or when the chair steps down to act
as a member.

PUBLIC RELATIONS: The one who will provide real-time results and
updates on each event. will do all social media postings with the help of
MULTIMEDIA TEAM.

RULES – Ensure all teams follow the rules and regulations created by each
committee. will also entertain complaints from each team if there’s any
conflict regarding the rules created.

MULTIMEDIA – The one who will document all events and happenings in 3
days span. will help PUBLIC RELATION with all publication materials
needed.

COMMITTEE ON WAYS AND MEANS – is the team that will collect budget proposals
from each committee. All matters directly and principally relating to the monetary and

financial affairs of each event, including contributions and donations. The committee will
undergo internal auditing after each event.

COMMITTEE ON SAFETY AND SECURITY – manages safety and security programs

and related activities, ensuring compliance with the RULES COMMITTEE, directives, and
procedures; develops and directs organizational safety and security strategy; oversees the
implementation of efforts to minimize loss; enhances security and creates business
opportunity through the control of risk; serves as the lead, and coordinates the activities of the
safety and security teams.

COMMITTEE ON HEALTH AND EMERGENCY – The committee that will manage the
process of anticipating, preventing, preparing for, detecting, responding to, controlling, and
recovering from the consequences of being injured in order to minimize health problems.

COMMITTEE ON THE MAIN EVENT—They are in charge of developing a

comprehensive event plan, including goals and desired outcomes, as well as deciding on the
event's theme.

COMMITTEE ON ACADEMICS – The one who will supervise all academic activities that
include Case based scenario, quiz bee, gun disassembly and assembly and handwriting
identification

COMMITTEE ON TALENT - The one who will supervise all Talent activities that
includes: essay writing, oratorical speech, poster making contest and video documentary.

STREET GAMES COMMITTEE: Oversees all street games activities such as patintero,
dodgeball, tug of war, and agawan-panyo.

COMMITTEE ON BOOTHS - is the committee who will supervise all booths, which
include the jail booth, karaoke booth, and gaming booths.

COMMITTEE ON E-SPORTS: The committee in charge of overseeing all e-sport

activities, such as Mobile Legends Bang-Bang and Call of Duty mobile.

COMMITTEE ON AWARD AND CERTIFICATION – The team that will produce

awards and certifications for each event and activity. They will also use the point system for
each event to determine who will be the overall champion.

COMMITTEE ON OPENING DAY - The one who will supervise all opening activities,
including: holy mass, parade, lighting of the torch, and team chants

CRIM DAYS SHIRTS COMMITTEE: The committee will find a manufacturer for the
crim days shirt, which will be mass produced for each team.
