1. That humble petitioner has been tried by learned session Judge ............................ for the offence

2. That being aggrieved by the conviction appellant has filed a criminal appeal which is pending
adjudication before the Hon’ble court.

3. That appellant has been on bail throughout the period of trial and did not misuse the bail privilage
so granted.

4. That the Hon’ble court has jurisdiction to entertain this application and grant relief so sought.

5. That applicant petitioner will obey any condition imposed by this Hon’ble court and shall furnish
sound surety.
