MOTIVATION LETTER

Bandung, 15 June 2022

Yth. Directorate of Government Placement of Europe And Middle East Region

Respectfully,
With this I intend to introduce my self, my name Lenny Julita Simanullang I work as a nurse
who is currently still active in the lembang-garut district health center until December 31, 2022.
I am physically and spiritually healthy, single, hardworking, and communicative. My
educational background S1 Nursing + Profession Ners graduated in 2019, after graduation I worked
as a recruitment volunteer for the West Java Provincial Health Office which is better known as
PiKoBar volunteers for the period 12 May to 12 August 2020 placement at UPTD RS. Asih Husada-
Langensari infectious special inpatient room (Covid-19), BPSDM volunteers of the Ministry of
Health for the period 14 December 2020 to 16 August 2021 with the placement of RSUP dr. Hasan
Sadikin – Bandung intensive room RIIKK (ICU Covid-19), volunteer nurse vaccinators EpiC /
USAID for the period 01 October 2021 to 06 February 2022 placement of The West Java Proinsi
(Bandung and Cimahi) and a team of tracer volunteers from the Bandung City Health Office with
placement at the UPT Pasirkaliki Health Center for the period 22 February to 24 June 2022. My
experience working as a volunteer nurse in inpatient, intensive care, vaccinator team, tracer team and
the training/seminars I participated in shaped me into a nurse who is able to work with the team,
responsible for providing nursing and professional services at work.
My motivation for joining this program, wanting to work in Germany because the work ethic
in Germany is very good in providing an impact on future changes for me so that I am honed back in
every work situation, there are always new things that we dare to try, so there will also be more
knowledge that we are engaged in work so that later wherever I work I can immediately adjust to the
character and conditions of my workplace.
Someday if I have a destiny to settle down to work in Germany as a nurse I will provide the
best nursing services that I will try to do for my patients so that they feel at home and also believe in
me which indeed one of my guidelines for being a nurse is to feel at home and believe that so that
patients and nurses can connect in resolving complaints that are felt when they come to the hospital
and need help.
Thus this motivation letter I made. It is my hope that you and yours will take the time to read
and consider it so that I am given the opportunity to take part in each stage of the selection/test series
held by the Directorate of Government Placement of Europe And Middle East Region.

For your attention, I said thank you.

Respectfully,

Lenny Julita Simanullang
