PETITIONER, through the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Regional Director,
most respectfully moves:

1. That, Resolutions rendered by the Regional Director of DAR X on the above-mentioned

ALI cases granting the INCLUSION of Actual Tillers were received by the petitioner;

(Machine copy of the resolutions is hereto attached)

2. That, more than fifteen (15) days had elapsed from the receipt of Resolutions by the
petitioner and there is no appeal from said Resolution;

3. That the said Resolutions have become final and executory;

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed that the Certificates

of Finality of the DAR Regional Director’s Resolutions on the above-mentioned ALI Cases be
issued.
