I agree that I will not, through any act or omission, enable third parties to use such credentials
when to do so would violate or would lead to the violation of existing laws such as the Data
Privacy Act of 2012, Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines, Cybercrime Prevention Act of
2012 and other applicable laws, rules and regulations, University policies such as policies
governing staff and student discipline, the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) of the University, IT
security issuances and measures and the like.
