Maro ve jogi maro、Marana hai mitha Tisa marani maro jisa、Marani gorakha mari ditha

瑜伽士啊，死；向世界死去（沉浸在深度恍惚的瑜珈狀態中）。這樣的死亡是甜蜜的。以戈拉克
薩（Goraksa）的方式死去，他（對世界）“死了”，然後看到了隱形者。

Habaki na boliba thabaki na、Caliba dhire dhariva pavam Garaba na kariba sahajai、Rah
iba bhanata gorasa ravam
說話不急（不明白），行不急（不知道路）。採取緩慢而謹慎的步驟（在瑜珈之路上）。不要讓
驕傲戰勝你。戈拉克薩納特說，過著簡單的生活（沒有熱情）。

Siva Goraksa 咒語在這裡，他是所有幸福的主人，獨自坐在我體內，忘記了身體的記憶。

Goraksa 說- Om Siva Goraksa Yogi 是咒語，它是所有真正快樂的實質。應當到僻靜處，虔誠念

誦此咒，以致忘記自己的身體。

頭腦遲鈍，無法理解 yogamarga（瑜珈之道）的秘密。它非常反覆無常，總是從事惡作劇（非精

我在聖殿裡，我的父親知道我是我純潔的形體，我的父親是純潔的。

心本身是善的居所，也是惡的居所。人們要麼讓善良佔上風，要麼讓邪惡本能自由發揮。只有當
內心的善得以繁榮時，這個心才是純潔和虔誠的。如果心助長了內心的邪惡本能，那麼它就會變
得不純潔和不虔誠。瑜珈瑪伽是訓練心靈以促進和維持良好本能的方法。

O Yogi die; die to the world(being absorbed in the yogic state of deep trance). Such
death is sweet. Die in the manner of Goraksa who ‘died’ (to the world) and then saw
the Invisible.

Goraksha says: Listen, O Avadhuta, this is how you should lead your life in this worl

Goraksa says one who remains steadfast in observing his sadhna keeping his spiritual
practice, food habits and sleeping habits under strict yogic discipline (renouncing t

Goraksa says- Om Siva Goraksa Yogi is the mantra, which is the substance of all true
joys. One should repair to a solitary place and chant this mantra so devoutly that he
becomes oblivious of his own body

Om Siva Goraksa Yogi- this auspicious mantra contains measureless sakti (power). It i
s so powerful that even sinners of the worst kind have attained moksa just by chantin

Goralsa says he who chants the name vocally or non-vocally (japa – ajapa), meditates,
controls the five senses (withdrawing) from their pleasures and burns his body in dh
ayna brahmagni (the holy fire of Brahma) finds Mahadeva.

The mind is dull and fails to comprehend the secret of the yogamarga (the path of yog
a). It is very capricious and is always engaged in mischief (non spiritual activitie
s), thus causing a man to drift away from the true path.

The mind itself is the abode of the good as well as of the evil. One may either let t
he good prevail or may allow free play to the evil instincts. This mind is pure and p
ious only when it lets the good in it prosper. If the mind promotes the evil instinct
s residing in it then it becomes impure and impious. Yogamarga is the means by which
the mind can be trained to promote and sustain the good instincts.
