DECEMBER EXAMS 2023 : DATE SHEET & GUIDELINES

EXAM GUIDELINES:
1. Before the Exam, check the exam timetable carefully.
2. You must arrive at the school at least 15 minutes before your scheduled exam.
3. Students should come to school in proper school uniforms.
4. Read the question papers carefully & save your queries for the respective teachers when
they’ll take rounds in your class rooms.
5. No personal items, including cellular phones and smart watches are allowed in the
examination room.
6. Do not bring any unauthorized material. Students are responsible for keeping the
confidentiality and integrity of any work done in the examinations. Actual, intended, or
attempted deception, dishonesty, and/or any action of cheating observed in a candidate
shall not be tolerated. The paper will be taken back from him / her & the student will be
sent home.
7. Keep your eyes on your own paper. Remember, copying is cheating!
8. Ensure that you use the washroom before arriving for your exam as you will not be
permitted to leave during the first hour.
9. No extra time for any reason will be given (even if the student comes late).
10. Bring your water bottle and snack along..
11. Normally, you are required to answer questions using blue or black ink/ ballpoint or
pointer. Make sure you bring some spare pens with you.
12. Name is to be written very clearly.
13. Remember that talking is not allowed at any time in the exam hall.
14. Listen carefully to instructions. Students are required to comply with the instructions of
invigilators at all times. For example, if you are asked to sit in a designated place then
you must do so and you must not move.
15. If you have a question or need more papers, raise your hand and a teacher will come to
you. Teachers will not give hints or answers, so please do not ask for them.
16. Remember to take all your belongings with you while leaving the school campus.
17. Chrome books are not allowed to be brought in during the exams.
