RE: AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT

(Unless the context requires otherwise, all words and expressions used in this letter shall have the same meanings
as ascribed to them in the Seller Agreement.)

I, SHANMUGA GANGA A/L GANGAYA, 861031-35-5555, refer to the matter above pertaining to the
transaction of the abovementioned Car Vehicle.

2. I hereby unconditionally and irrevocably instruct and authorize you to pay the sum of balance
15,094.51 only being the final bid price/purchase price at the time and in the manner as
RM………….
stipulated in the Seller Agreement into the following account (“Designated Account”): -

(b) Account No. : 564276546338
(c) Bank Name : MAYBANK
(d) Bank Address : MAYBANK KOTA DAMANSARA

3. I agree and acknowledge that: -

(i) The payment of the final bid price/purchase price by you into the Designated Account
shall be deemed to be payment of the final bid price/purchase price by you to me.

(ii) I shall be fully liable for any and all risk relating to the payment of the final bid
price/purchase price by you into the Designated Account and thereafter from the
Designated Account to me regardless of the nature of the risk. In the event that the
Designated Account is invalid or failed to receive the final bid price/purchase price,
you shall transfer the final bid price/purchase price to me directly.

(iii) I shall indemnify you and your individuals, employees, officers, sub-contractors and/or
agents as you may duly appoint as your representatives (on a full indemnity basis)
against all liabilities, losses, payments, damages, demands, claims, expenses and costs
(including legal fees), proceedings or actions which you or your individuals,
employees, officers, sub-contractors and/or agents as you may duly appoint as your
representatives may suffer or incur under or in connection with this instruction by me to
you.
 (iv) I shall, at my own cost and expense, provide and shall procure the Designated Account
holder to provide you any assistance and information as you may require from time to
time.

(v) You shall be entitled to deduct all charges, fees and expenses from the final bid
price/purchase price before remitting any sum to the Designated Account.

(vi) You shall not be liable or held responsible for any loss or claims resulting from the
non-payment of any part of the final bid price/purchase price due to any event beyond
your control, including but not limited to the bankruptcy and/or insolvency of the
Designated Account holder.

(vii) You are entitled to, at your sole and absolute discretion, refuse to follow the instruction
herein any time by notice to me.

(viii) In the event of cancellation/termination/non-completion of the sale or purchase

transaction of the vehicle under the Seller Agreement, I shall procure the Designated
Account holder to refund the final bid price/purchase price to you immediately. Should
the Designated Account holder fail to pay any or all portion of the final bid
price/purchase price (“Outstanding Sum”), I shall undertake to pay the Outstanding
Sum, accordingly, failing which you shall have the right to institute legal proceedings
against me to recover the Outstanding Sum. In such event, I shall be held responsible
for all costs and expenses incurred therein, inclusive of interest.

4. I hereby acknowledge I am executing this letter voluntarily wholly on my own judgement, free
will and volition.
