Subject: Termination of your employment with Rankguru Technology Solutions Private Limited

Dear Shaik Sajid,

You have been employed with Rankguru Technology Solutions Private Limited (Hereinafter, the “Company”)
with effect from 14-August-2023 pursuant to your employment agreement dated 14-August-2023 (“Employment
Agreement”).

By way of this notice of termination and as previously discussed and agreed with you, we would like to inform you
that your employment with the Company is hereby terminated with effect from 30-October-2023 (“Termination
Date”). The salary accrued to you till the Termination Date shall be paid to you within 60 days from the date of this
letter.

The termination of your employment pursuant to the Employment Agreement is the consequence after much
deliberation and careful consideration of the facts, stems from the discovery that you issued an offer letter to a
candidate without proper authorization. This action, aside from being unauthorized, is a breach of trust that
undermines the very foundations of integrity and honesty upon which our company is built. It is an unfortunate
deviation from the ethical and professional standards that we hold. We have also enclosed the email
communications you have made along as Annexure 1 along with this letter.

You are required to return all Company assets and property in your possession or control, including but not limited
to all Company related data and information, laptops and PCs, cellular phones, credit cards, vehicles and premises,
badges, access cards, office keys and all work files by the end of working hours on 30-October-2023.

We would also like to draw your attention towards the fact that, notwithstanding the termination of your employment
with the Company, certain obligations under your Employment Agreement and other agreements that you may
have signed during your employment with the Company, and various Company policies, shall continue to survive.
These obligations include without limitation, obligations of confidentiality.
