Recruitment for Regular Officer Cadets

The Zimbabwe National Army is recruiting suitably qualified candidates from
Mashonaland West Province to be trained as Officer Cadets to fill in vacancies within
the Organisation. The dates for submission of applications are from 21 April to 02 May
2023.

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

❖ Have a minimum of six (6) points at ‘A’ Level and 5 ‘O’ Level passes with grade ‘C’
or better including English Language and Mathematics, higher qualifications will be
an added advantage.
❖ Be aged between 18 to 22 years for ‘A’ Level holders and up to 26 years for those
with Diplomas or Degrees.
❖ Be single.
❖ Minimum Height: 1.65m for male and 1.55m for female candidates.
❖ Minimum Weight: 55kgs for male and 53kgs for female candidates.
❖ Include personal contact numbers and an alternative contact number.

Interested candidates in Mashonaland West Province are to deposit application letters

clearly marked Regular Officer Cadet with certified photocopies of National Identity
Card, Long Birth Certificate, ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level Certificates, References and
Professional Qualifications.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to report at Headquarters Mechanised

Brigade (Inkomo Barracks) for selection from 05 to 13 June 2023.
