like to clarify an important matter.

Upon careful review of our records, we can confirm that the respondent, Square
Meter Trading and Construction and Lito C. Pascual, et. al., have never been depositors at
our bank. We have thoroughly examined our account database and found no evidence of
any accounts or transactions associated with them. It seems there has been a
misunderstanding or misidentification of the financial institution connected to the
respondents.
