 Affidavit:
A written statement of facts that is sworn to be true by the person making it. Affidavits
are often used as evidence in court proceedings or to support applications for certain benefits or
services. For example, an affidavit of identity is a legal form that verifies the identity of a person
for official purposes.
 Contract:
An agreement between two or more parties that creates a legal obligation or
responsibility. Contracts can be written or oral, and can cover a wide range of topics, such as
sales, services, employment, leases, etc. For example, a lease agreement is a legal form that
outlines the terms and conditions of renting a property from a landlord. Power of Attorney: A

or financial matters.
