The York Region District School Board is pleased to offer electronic funds transfer (EFT) to

vendors. With EFT, you will no longer receive a physical cheque for payment. Instead, funds
will be electronically transferred (i.e. directly deposited) to your bank account. Following your
direct deposit, a detailed remittance advice will be sent by email.

Terms and Conditions:

 The bank account must be a Canadian bank and invoices must be in Canadian dollars.
 The vendor must provide a valid email address for notification of direct deposit
 A void cheque must be supplied to avoid errors in banking information
 Enrolment in the plan is automatically renewed each year
 If you have a change in banking information, you must notify our Accounting
Department in writing at least seven (7) days before the next direct deposit is due.

 Complete and sign the authorization, attach a “VOID” cheque and return all documents
by e ail to international.education rd .ca
