the power to protect, control and manage the movable and immovable property closed in my name;
To rent, to contract, to receive rent, or contract money, to sell, to change contracts, to transfer
names, to sign documents, to receive money by check or money order, to buy me movable and
immovable property in my name; to be led by a lease at an auction, to issue a building permit for
a residential place, to carry out construction work, to purchase materials and cement needed for
construction, to issue map plans, to change license plates in my name, to pay annual vehicle tax,
to renew driver’s licenses, to renew residence ID, to enter into a contract, to take over any property
won in an auction, to collect money from the auction in the form of a check or cash in my name,
CAD and LC. To open a new bank account in my name, to withdraw money in any bank in my
name, to be able to write, sign, accept issue checks, to make CPOs in my name, to attend in
meetings, to sign the articles of incorporation and bylaws, to sell my shares, to exchange them, etc.
By pledging my movable and immovable property, to be able to borrow from a bank from a
creditor company, to collect and pay; any items or documents that come in my name from the bank
or postal service, to sign a letter of trust on the document as me, to organize a condominium
association in my name to take over residential house from the government, an individual and a
private organization in order to receive any property or benefit of the appeal, to complete the
necessary formalities, to sell the movable or immovable share of inherited property, to enter into
a contract to change it, to transfer the name, to enter into a contract for the release of the share, to
receive the share, in general, in public, or governmental organizations, in embassies and
consulates, in the administrative office, in immigration, at work and in the city. Development in
Kebele, District administration, in Ethiopia Telecommunication Corporation: Water and sewerage
service company transport, appearing at the post office and any office regarding the case, to receive
insurance compensation money, in any court, if they can sue me or sue me in any court. I certify
