The case worker, her supervisor and the foster parents were present. They reported that Lyllian recenily had tubes placed in her ears and she is doing well. She is getting some contact with her sister through Facetime and pictures. However, she ‘does not get much one on one contact with Alana, because she is currently placed with relatives in Mobile. ‘The worker on this case and I spoke at length about the sexual abuse investigation that DHR currently has pending against you. DHR has not marked this report indicated, because the investigation is still pending. They are requesting that you get in touch with the sexual abuse investigator at the Arab Police Department in reference to that report. They are saying that the report cannot be fully completed until you have met with this investigator. I would caution you against meeting with this investigator without presence of counsel since serious legal consequences that could arise from these allegations.
