1. Differentiate Police Photography from Forensic Photography.


➔ Police photography is the process of correctly recreating a crime scene or accident for
use in court or to support an investigation. visual and physical proof. In order to give the
courts a permanent record, forensic photography, also known as crime scene
photography, is a process that captures the initial appearance of the crime scene and
actual evidence.

2. How does forensic photography aid in criminal investigation?


➔ When an incident is captured on camera, it becomes a significant visual record that can
be studied or evaluated by police and others in the present. In contrast to illustrations, it
provides precise dimensions and distances between things. No matter how effectively an
investigator can describe a crime scene verbally, pictures can convey the same
information more clearly and effectively because they freeze time and capture the
evidence.

3. Differentiate picture, image and photograph.


➔ Imagine any visual representation of anything to understand how these three differ from
one another.An image is a photograph that has been saved digitally, such as any picture
file on your computer. A picture captured with a camera is referred to as a photo or
photograph.

4. What is camera obscura and how was it used?


➔ A box, tent, or space with a small hole in one side or the top is what makes up a camera
obscura. A camera obscura was particularly helpful for capturing perspective when
sketching scenes, such as landscapes or architecture.
