NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

I, the above-named person, hereby agree that considering the fact that I have access to the production set of the
company and other information relating to the production by virtue of my studentship with the EbonyLife Academy,
I shall:

1) Not write about, take pictures or make videos of the production set or any part thereof, production
cast/crew and live production performances (Confidential Information) or post any related media on any of
my social media pages.
2) Not communicate to any 3rd party whatsoever any confidential information relating to the production or its
cast and crew.
3) Not comport or conduct myself in any way that will constitute any form of obstruction to the production or
its cast and crew members.
4) Keep strictly confidential any information concerning or in connection with the production.

I agree:
a. That this Agreement shall come into effect on the date provided below (“the Effective Date”) and shall be in force
for five (5) years thereafter.
b. That notwithstanding my graduation from the EbonyLife Academy, I shall still be bound by the terms of this
agreement until the expiration of the term as provided in clause A above.
c. That I may only disclose Confidential Information if required by a governmental agency or court of competent
jurisdiction, provided, however, that I shall give to the Company, prompt notice of the receipt of the subpoena or
other process requiring or requesting the disclosure prior to the disclosure.
d. That this Agreement shall not be assigned or otherwise transferred in whole or in part by me without the prior
written consent of the Company.
e. That this Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and construed in accordance with the Laws of Nigeria and
any dispute, conflict or claim which shall arise out of or in relation to this Agreement, or the interpretation or
implementation of this Agreement shall first be settled amicably through direct discussions between the Parties
within seven (7) days of the dispute arising and if there is any failure in reaching settlement, the matter shall finally
be settled through mediation under the Mediation Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

By signing below, I hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
