rates:

Dear Sales Team,

My name is Johnny Christ, and I am the Sales Manager of TechGenius Solutions. I am


writing this to inform you about a necessary update regarding the compensation structure for
our sales team.

Over the past two consecutive quarters, we have experienced a decline in sales. Despite your
hard work and dedication, we have not been able to meet our financial targets. As a result, the
company needs to make some adjustments to ensure its long-term sustainability and growth.
This is an unfortunate announcement that I must communicate the following changes, which
will take effect at the beginning of the next pay:

1. Hour reduction: We have decided to implement a 20% reduction in base pay for every
sales team member.

2. Base pay reduction: We will also reduce the number of hours worked by 20% to align
with the reduced compensation.
