This letter confirms the agreement that you will take the part of SUPPORTING ROLE in the serial.
''UDAARIYAAN'' This is the working title and the final name of the serial will not change.

1) You agree to be available to work during the filming period. (SHOOT)

2) You agree to give over all the rights that we will allow us to distribute the footage in any and every way we can

3) We will pay you a fee of RS. 4500/- INR per day for your performance. this is payable within 28 days after the
performance is given.

4) We will aim to assure that the working hours are no longer than 10 hours.

5) We will do our best to ensure your safety, health and welfare during the shoot.

6) We will have public liability insurance to cover you during the shoot.

7) We will provide you with the food and refreshments during the shoot. We will liase with you over your
travel arrangements to and over the shoot and either provide transport or pay travel expenses
which we need to agree in advance.

These contracts are designed to be clear as possible. they have been drawn up in consultation
with the professional media lawyer.

Copy signed by actor should be send out to the production to keep.

WHAT ARE THESE CONTRACTS FOR ??

A contract is here to protect the producer and to protect the actor as well. A contract makes sure
that there is as much clarity as possible between both partners so both knows what to expect from other.
And things the producer promises to do - such as provide insurance, these are covered in the
last 5 clauses which starts ''WE WILL" .
AT THE VERY LEAST
Shooting members expect that at a bare minimum, A producer will pay the travel and food expenses,
provide a copy of shoot andprovide public liability insurance to cover the crew and cast for any
accident during the shoot.

Creative people such as Director, writer, composers and actors automatically own the rights to their
own creative contribution toa shoot. In order to sell or show the shoot the producers needs to
control all the rights.

ABOUT SHOOT LOCATION AND OTHER DETAILS

The final date of your shoot is 3rd of October 2021 and
expect a call from us a week prior to your shoot regarding your role , script and character.

This contract is valid for a year that means you will have to work under
our production house till October 2022.

We may extend this contract only if you wish to do so. It totally depends on your performance
and behavior.
Furthermore, We will provide you more opportunities with our future projects
if needed.
