1. परीक्षा की तिथि / समय या परीक्षा के न्द्र में परिवर्तन के अनुरोध पर किसी भी परिस्थिति में विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
No request for change in examination Date/Time or Centre will be entertained under any circumstances.
2. परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा के न्द्र पर इस प्रवेश पत्र/ई-प्रवेश पत्र के साथ अपनी कोई एक फोटो पहचान पत्र जैसे मतदाता पहचान पत्र, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, पैन कार्ड, पासपोर्ट , आधार कार्ड इत्यादि की
मूलप्रति अवश्य लाएँ। यदि आपका प्रवेश पत्र बिना फोटोग्राफ के है, तो आप हाल ही में लिए दो पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटो परीक्षा कें द्र में लाएँ। प्रवेश पत्र और फोटो पहचान पत्र की
मूलप्रति के बिना परीक्षार्थी को किसी भी परिस्थिति में परीक्षा कें द्र में प्रवेश की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।
The Candidate must bring his/her Admit Card/e-Admit Card at the respective Examination Centre. The candidate is also required to bring one
of the Photo Identification in original viz. Voter ID / Driving License / PAN Card / Passport, Aadhaar Card etc. for verification. In case, your
admit card is without photograph, you are advised to bring two recent passport size photographs in the examination center. No candidate shall
be permitted in the examination centre without Admit Card and original ID Proof under any circumstances.
3. परीक्षा परिसर में परीक्षार्थी को किसी भी तरह का इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण, स्मार्ट वाच (घड़ी), कै लकु लेटर, टैबलेट, ब्लूटूथ उपकरण, मोबाइल फोन, किताबें, स्लाइड रुल्स, फू ट
रुल्स, नोटबुक या लिखित नोट्स, आदि जो परीक्षा के संचालन के दौरान नकल करने में उसका / उसकी सहायता कर सकते हैं को लाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। इसके
अलावा, परीक्षार्थी अनावश्यक अतिरिक्त परिधान (जैसे जैके ट, शॉल, भारी दुपट्टा इत्यादि) और आभूषण परीक्षा कक्ष में ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। कोई भी
परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा के समय नकल करते, सामाग्री लेते /देते, सहायता करते हुए या अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग करते हुए पाया जाता है तो उसे अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा और एम्स
रायपुर उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द करने के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
Candidates are not permitted to bring in the examination complex any kind of electronic gadgets, smart watch calculator, Tablets, Bluetooth
device, any type of mobile phone, or any other instrument or Books, slide rules, foot rules, note books or written notes, etc. which may assist
him/her in cheating during the examination. In addition, unnecessary excessive clothing (like blazer, jacket, shawl, large scarf etc.) and
ornaments will not be permitted in the examination hall. Any candidate who is found copying, receiving/ giving assistance or using unfair
means during the exam will be disqualified and AIIMS Raipur will not be responsible for the cancellation of candidature of the candidate.
4. इस ई-प्रवेश पत्र को भविष्य के रिकॉर्ड के लिए संभाल कर रखें क्योंकि इसे साक्षात्कार के समय /दस्तावेजों की जांच के दौरान प्रस्तुत किया जाना अपेक्षित होगा।
Please retain a copy of this Admit Card carefully for future records as the same is required to be produced at the time interview/ documents
verification.
5. ऑनलाइन परीक्षा के लिए यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड परीक्षार्थी को उनके संबंधित सीट पर परीक्षा प्रारंभ होने से 10 मिनट पहले प्रदान किया जाएगा।
User ID and password for the online examination will be provided to the candidate 10 minutes before commencement of the examination at
their respective seat.
6. उम्मीदवारों से अनुरोध है कि ऑनलाइन परीक्षा के प्रारंभ होने से कम से कम 1 घंटे 30 मिनट पहले परीक्षा कें द्र पर रिपोर्ट करें। परीक्षा के प्रारम्भ से 30 मिनट पहले मुख्य द्वार
बंद कर दिया जाएगा। परीक्षा में देरी से आने की अनुमति नहीं है और इसके लिए उम्मीदवार स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा। अत: उम्मीदवारों से अनुरोध है कि परीक्षा तिथि से एक दिन
पहिले परीक्षा कें द्र का पता तथा वहाँ पहुचने का साधन कि जानकारी ले लेवे।
Candidates are requested to report at the examination centre at least 1 Hour 30 Minutes before the commencement of the online examination.
The main gate will be closed 30 minutes before commencement of the examination. No late coming is allowed and candidate will be solely
responsible for this. Candidates are therefore advised to locate their examination centre and its accessibility at least a day before the
examination so that they can reach the centre on time on the day of examination.
7. परीक्षा का आधिकारिक समय उम्मीदवार के कं प्यूटर स्क्रीन पर उपलब्ध टाइमर / घड़ी के अनुसार होगा।
The official timing for the exam will be as per the timer / clock available at the computer screen of candidate.
8. ऑनलाइन परीक्षा (कं प्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा) का अभ्यास करने के लिए, परीक्षार्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वह एम्स, रायपुर की वेबसाइट अर्थात
http://www.aiimsraipur.edu.in/. पर उपलब्ध डेमो (मॉक टेस्ट) के माध्यम से अभ्यास करें।
In order to familiarize with the ONLINE test (CBT), the candidates are advised to go through the demo (mock test) available on the AIIMS Raipur
website i.e. http://www.aiimsraipur.edu.in/.
9. आपको रफ कार्य के लिए कागज उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। परीक्षा पूर्ण होने पर वह कागज निरीक्षक को वापस लौटाएँगे।
You will be provided with paper for rough work. On completion of the test, candidates will have to return back all that papers to the Invigilator(s).
10. परीक्षार्थी इस ई-प्रवेश पत्र में छपी जानकारी की जाँच अवश्य कर लें। प्रवेश पत्र में किसी भी प्रकार की त्रुटि/गलत छपने के मामले में, परीक्षार्थी को सलाह दी जाती है कि वह परीक्षा
आयोजन के एक दिन पहले अपने संबन्धित शहर में पूर्वाहन 10:00 बजे से अपरहान 12:00 बजे तक 'सुविधा काउंटर' पर अपने 2 पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटो, अपना पहचान पत्र
और दस्तावेजी सबूत/प्रमाण आदि के साथ व्यक्तिगत रूप से रिपोर्ट करें जिससे कि आवश्यक सुधार कर नया प्रवेश पत्र जारी किया जा सके ।। 'सुविधा काउंटर' का पता एम्स, रायपुर की
वेबसाइट http://www.aiimsraipur.edu.in/ के लिंक में उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
The details printed on this admit card must be checked by the candidate. In case of any misprinting/error in the admit card, the candidate is
advised to personally report one day before the conduct of examination at Facilitation Counter in their respective city from 10.00 AM to 12.00
PM with 02 passport size photographs and identity card along with documentary evidence/certificates etc. so that necessary corrections are
made and attested. The address of “Facilitation Counter” will be made available link of AIIMS, Raipur website i.e.
http://www.aiimsraipur.edu.in/.
11. परीक्षा के लिए आपकी उम्मीदवारी “पूर्ण रूप से अनंतिम है” जो चयन के समय आपकी पात्रता मानदंड की जाँच करने के अधीन होगी। के वल प्रवेश पत्र का होना और ऑनलाइन
परीक्षा में शामिल होने पर परीक्षार्थी को यह दावा करने का अधिकार नहीं है कि उसने विज्ञापन दिनांक 17.06.2023 में दिए गए निर्धारित पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा किया है। परीक्षार्थी द्वारा
किसी भी प्रकार की दी गई सूचना परीक्षा या पदभार ग्रहण करने के बाद भी गलत या झूठी पाई जाती है,तो आपके खिलाफ कार्यवाही की जाएगी और आपकी उम्मीदवारी/ नियुक्ति स्वत:
रद्द/समाप्त कर दी जाएगी।
Your candidature for the examination is ‘purely Provisional’ and subject to checking of eligibility criteria at the time of selection. Mere
possession of the admit card and appearing in the online examination does not give any right to the candidate to claim that he/she fulfils the
eligibility criteria laid down in Advertisement dated 17.06.2023. In the event of any information or part of it being found false or incorrect before
or after the exam or appointment, action can be taken against you and your candidature/appointment shall automatically stand cancelled /
terminated.
12. पंजीयन डेस्क पर जब एक बार उपस्थिति पंजीकरण और फोटोग्राफ ले लिया जाएगा, उसके बाद उम्मीदवार परीक्षा हॉल/रूम तब तक नहीं छोड़ेंगे जब तक कम्प्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट पूरा
नहीं हो जाता।
Once the Attendance Registration and Capturing of Photograph is done at Registration Desk, the Candidate should not leave the Examination
Hall/Room till completion of Computer Based Test.
13. ऑनलाइन परीक्षा के संचालन के बाद सभी उपस्थित उम्मीदवारों को एक लिंक एम्स रायपुर वेबसाइट (www.aiimsraipur.edu.in) पर उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा जिसमें वह अपने
किसी भी प्रश्न और इसके विकल्प/उत्तर से संबंधित यदि कोई आपत्ति है तो निर्धारित तिथि के भीतर प्रस्तुत कर सकते है । इसके बाद, इस एम्स रायपुर द्वारा इस संबंध में कोई आवेदन/
अभ्यावेदन पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
After the online examination (CBT), a link shall be provided on AIIMS Raipur website (www.aiimsraipur.edu.in) for all present candidates to
submit their query/objection related to any question and its option (s)/answer, if any, within the specified time. Thereafter, no representation in
this regard will be entertained.
14. किसी प्रश्‍न के हिंदी और अंग्रेजी भाषा में विसंगति या असंगत होने पर अंग्रेजी संस्‍करण मान्‍य होगा।
In case of any discrepancy or mismatch in Hindi and English version, the English version shall prevail.
15. उम्मीदवार इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया से संबंधित नवीनतम अद्यतन जानकारी के लिए नियमित रूप से एम्स रायपुर की वेबसाइट का अवलोकन करें।
The candidates should regularly visit website of AIIMS Raipur for latest updates related to this recruitment.
16. उम्‍मीद्वारों को यह सलाह दी जाती है कि परीक्षा के न्‍द्र मे रहने के दौरान कोविड के उपयुक्‍त व्‍यवहार तथा भारत सरकार/ राज्‍य सरकार/ जिला प्रशासन या सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा प्रचलित
कोविड-19 के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए उचित मानदंडों का यथावत पालन करें।
 Candidates are advised to follow COVID-19 appropriate behavior and also guidelines issued by the Central/ State Govt. / District Administration
at all the times during their stay at examination center.
