Recording ond production at GFS-PRO Studio by George Fomaurdis This is the story of Sinbad the Sailor. He is very brave and he is never afraid. He sails his ship all around the world. His friend Bernadin always goes with him. Now Sinbad is sailing in the sea. But he is lost. Suddenly, a sailor shouts, ‘Be careful! A big rock!” But .2 itisn’t a big rock. It’s a very big finger! Then there are more fingers! I's a giant’s hand! The giant stands up. He is very angry. ‘| want fo sleep!” he shouts, and he lifts the ship up in his big hand. The sailors fall into the sea. Sinbad says, ‘Let's fight, Giant!’ The giant laughs. He lifts Sinbad and Bernadin up and puts them on an island. ‘Pil come back when I’m hungry,’ he says. ot Sinbad and Bernadin can see a lot of bones. ‘Help!’ says Bernadin, ‘The giant eats sailors for 1 dinner! He will eat us next!” ‘We must leave the island,’ says Sinbad, ‘Let’s make a boat.” They work quickly. They are afraid the giant will come back. Finally the boat is ready and they leave the island. They sail all night. Sinbad is looking for another island. But now it’s morning and Bernadin is hungry. ‘I want something to eat,’ he says, ‘Let’s catch a bird!’ Suddenly, it is dark and Bernadin is afraid. ‘What is it?” asks Bernadin. ‘Oh, help!” There is a big bird over them. Its wings are red and blue. It’s got big claws. ‘can see sailors’ says the bird, ‘| can play with them.” It lifts the sailors up. They are in its big claws. It flies higher and higher into the sky. ‘Help! Sinbad! I’m afraid,’ says Bernadin. ‘It's OK. Don’t be afraid! Do this!’ says Sinbad. Sinbad tickles the bird's claw. Bernadin tickles the bird’s claw too. Suddenly, the bird opens its claws and Sinbad and Bernadin fall into the sea. They swim quickly. They are afraid the bird will come back. ‘Look! An island!’ says Bernadin. They are very tired but they mustn’t stop. They swim to the island. ‘What are those?’ asks Sinbad. There are big diamonds everywhere! They are in the trees and on the beach. ‘Where are we?’ asks Bernadin. ‘I can tell you where you are!’ says a loud voice. ‘You are on my island. These are my diamonds!” Sinbad and Bernadin look behind them. They see a very big dragon and it’s got two heads! The dragon is angry. ‘Look, Bernadin! There’s a cave,’ says Sinbad. ‘Run!’ The dragon tries to catch them. They run into the cave. The dragon can’t catch them now. It throws a big rock in front of the cave. Sinbad and Bernadin can’t go back. ‘Look over there!’ says Bernadin. ‘Light?’ says Sinbad. ‘We can get out there! Let’s go!” Now they are out of the cave and they can see diamonds everywhere. “Pm hungry,’ says Bernadin. Sei ee Bernadin can’t believe his eyes. A lot of meat is falling from the sky! It falls onto the diamonds. The diamonds stick to the meat. Some big black birds come to eat the meat. They are strong. They lift the meat up. They take it to their nests. ‘Let’s hold onto the meat.’ says Sinbad. So Sinbad and Bernadin hold onto the meat and the birds take them to their nests. Sinbad and Bernadin look around them. They see some ladders. The ladders go down to the beach. In the sea, there is a pirate ship. ‘Look!’ says Sinbad. ‘The pirates are coming. They want the diamonds.” ‘But how do they get them?’ asks Bernadin. ‘They go up the ladders and they take the diamonds from the nests. They don’t go near the dragon.’ ‘What will we do?’ asks Bernadin. ‘Let’s take lots of diamonds,’ says Sinbad. ‘Then we'll go down to the beach and wait. But be careful! The pirates musin’t see us.” They go down to the beach and wait in a cave. When the pirates go up the ladder to get the diamonds, Sinbad and Bernadin quickly get into the small boat. They sail away with the diamonds and there is some food in the boat! Bernadin is very happy. He eats all the food. ‘We must go home,’ says Sinbad. They travel for ten days. But they haven’t got any food now. They are very hungry and very thirsty. Suddenly, Sinbad sees land! ‘Wake up, Bernadin!’ shouts Sinbad. “We're home!” Now Sinbad and Bernadin are home again. They sell the diamonds. They are very rich and very happy. But ... Sinbad wants to sail again. He wants to see new islands. So, Sinbad buys a new ship. He sails into the sea again.
