What to bring when checking in:

These items are not optional and must be included -


1. IMMUNE SYSTEM BUILDER VITAMINS VITAMIN D & C
2. HAND SANITISERS AND BOX LATEX GLOVES
3. 4 X multi drug test kits if you are admitted for drugs
4. FOOT POWDER -BORASIC POWDER OR MICOTA
5. SCENTED BLACK BAGS FOR DIRTY WASHING
Together with
1. Sufficient work clothes and recreation clothes
2. Bed linen, duvet, blankets, own pillows
3. Mosquito net. Coils or other mosquito protection
3. Coffee cup, cold drink glass, bowl, plate, knife + fork. Spoon, dish sponge, dish drying cloth
(each washes their own dishes)
3. Flash light
4. Shoes to work in, strong gloves for work
5. 1 note pad and 2 pens
6. 1 X pad locks
7. 1 X large tin coffee
8. 1 X box tea
9. 1 x powdered milk and packet sugar
10. 1 X A4 file
11. 1 English or Afrikaans bible (Please only King James or NIV nothing else.)
12. All own toiletries (NO AEROSOL SPRAYS OR EYE DROPS ALLOWED)
13. Washing powder for clothing and bedding.
14. Flu medication. Most pharmacies carry a very cheap flu medication.
Please make sure it does not contain codein or opiates – these are handed in for use
when very necessary

15. Pain pills – Panado or Ibrufen (most addicts suffer with toothache while in recovery) –
these are handed in for use when very necessary. We will visit the clinic dentist if
necessary when he is available. Pain pills must not contain any codeine or opiates
whatsoever.

We do not believe in substituting one medication for another.
