Motivation is not the same as willpower, which
means forcing yourself to achieve is not the answer

By definition, willpower means to exert control or restrain impulses. This


implies that something is out of control. It is likely that your dopamine has
been depleted.

The neurotransmitter that loves a reward

Often referred to as the reward hormone, for the role it plays in the reward
center of the brain, dopamine, in fact, is key in seeking out rewards, in turn,
