400-500 Gms Paneer (chopped in small cubical pieces and fried)

FOR BATTER:
2 tb sp corn flour
2 tb sp plain flour/rice flour/maida flour
1 tb sp soy sauce
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste

For Gravy:
The Remaining Batter
2-3 Cups of water
5 tb sp tomato paste
6-7 tb sp soy sauce

INGREDIENTS:
3-4 Chopped Onions (Long and thin slice)
2-3 Chopped red and green Capsicum (Long and Thin Slice) (Only red or green capsicum will also work
fine as well)
1 tb sp ginger paste
3-4 tb sp finely chopped garlic
2 tea sp pepper powder
7-8 finely chopped green chilies (can add as per your spice needs)
3-5 tb spoon oil + Oil for frying paneer

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients for better in a bowl and make a thick batter.

2. Add half of the paneer into the batter.

3. Make sure batter is well spread on all pieces of paneer

4. Deep fry those paneer pieces (it's your paneer Manchurian) and keep it on a paper to soak additional
oil

5. heat 4-5 tb spoon oil in a pan

6. Add ginger paste, chopped green chilies and chopped garlic, mix well till the garlic turns slightly brown

8. Add chopped onions, mix well till onions become transperent

9. Add chopped capsicum and mix well for 4-5 minutes

10. Add pepper powder 5-7 tb spoon soy sauce and mix well for about 3-4 minutes

11. Add tomato paste and mix well for 1-2 minutes

12. Add all the paneer pieces and mix well for 3-4 minutes

13. Add the remaining batter and 2-3 cups of water and mix well

14. Cook till the gravy thickens.


Serve Hot
