CHIEF EXAMINATION:

I am resident at Gottipalli Village, Anandapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam. I am doing

coolie work. CICL is not my relative, but he used to call me as Mavayya, we are resident of
same Village. The elder brothers of CICL name is Appalaraju. I do not know the deceased,
but I have seen his dead body. He died within year from this day. I do not know where he
died, but I heard about he is died. Police did not examined me.

I am resident at Bangarurajupeta, Denkada Mandal, Visakhapatnam. I am doing

cultivation. I know the CICL and PW.1. I do not remember the date, about 1 ½ year ago
one day in the morning I received a phone call from PW.1 and TDP party workers of
Modavalasa, intimating about the death of PW.1. I went to Modavalasa Village, there the
Denkada Police were present. I do not know the in laws place of the deceased. Police stated
that since the death of the deceased occurred other village and it is comes under
Anandapuram Police Station. I can identify my signature available on inquest report. I do
not know the contents of it. Signature marked as Ex.P3.

I have been working as Sub Inspector of Police, GRP PS, Visakhapatnam Since 15-11-

2016.

On 09-01-2018 at about 12.30 pm when I was present in the GRP police station, PW.1

submitted a Ex.P1 report. Basing on which I registered the same as case in Cr.No.09/2018

under section 379 of IPC. Ex.P3 is the attested copy of the FIR in cr.no.09/2018. I send

the copy of FIR through Court and copies to concerned. Thereafter, I examined PW.1 and

LW.2 I.Bhoolaxmi and recorded their statements. Thereafter, the case was transferred to II

Town PS on the point of jurisdiction.

I am resident at Kobbarithota, Visakhapatnam. I am working as a Kalasi in Port Trust.

On 01-11-2018 at about 9.30 am I was called by the police as mediator. The police informed
me that one person committing theft and they ask me to sign on one document. Signature
shown to me on mediator report dt.01-11-2018 at 9.30 am is mine. Ex.P2 is the signature
on the mediator report. I do not know the CICL, I did not witness anything on that day. I do
not know the contents on the mediator report.

It is not true to suggest that police apprehended the CICL and he confessed the

offence and police seized cash from his possession in my presence and at present I

am deposing false evidence.

Witness voluntarily says that one lady came and give some cash to the police.

It is not true to suggest that CICL and lady was present and the amount was

given to the police it is the left over stolen property, that was committed theft by the

CICL and at present I am deposing false evidence to help the CICL.

I have been working as CMO, KGH visakhapatnam since November 2014.

On 27-05-2018 at about 11.00 pm I examined CICL and found the following injuries.

1. Laceration of 2 cm located on upper-lip which was sutured.

2. An abrasion of 3 X 3 Cm located on upper eyebrow.

3. An abrasion of 3 X 1 Cm, @ X 1 Cm located on right forearm.

4. An laceration of 1 X 1 Cm located on right side of nose.

5. Bandaged wound located on left shoulder

Accordingly, I issued wound certificate. I opinion injuries are in simple in

nature. Ex.P3 is the wound certificate.

CHIEF EXAMINATION:

I have been working as Sub Inspector of Police, II town PS, Visakhapatnam Since 11 th

July 2018.

On 28-08-2018 at about 10.15 am LW.1 Nilesh Upadhayay came to police station and

submitted a report, attested copy of report marked as Ex.P3. Basing on which LW.7

G.V.Ramana Inspector of police registered the same as case in Cr.No.256/2018 under section

392 of IPC. Ex.P4 is the Original of FIR. Our CI send the original copy of FIR through Court

and copies to concerned. Thereafter, this case was endorsed to me for investigation. On

same day I examined LW.1 and recorded his statement in the police station. At that time,

LW.1 also handed over the CC TV footages in Pen Drive. Immediately I went scene offence

i.e Pawanputhra Lodge, Bowdara road, Visakhapatnam. I prepared rough sketch. Ex.P5 is

the rough sketch. There I examined LW.2 A.Anil Sharma, LW.3 P.Eswara Rao and PW.1

recorded their statements. On 31-08-2018 at 9.00 am I received credible information about

the offenders accordingly I along with my staff and mediators i.e PW.2 and PW.3 went to

Kobbarithota Gedda Veedhi near bridge, complainant accompanied with us. We reach there

at about 10.00 am, on seeing us 3 persons try to escape on suspicious we caught hold them.

Complainant identified them as persons attacked on him. I interrogated them and they

revealed their names and other particulars, they also confessed the offence. I seized a Silver

chain weighing 3 tulas from the possession of CICL no.1., Rs.500/- from the possession of

CICL no.2., Rs.1000/- from the adult accused by name Srinu under the cover of mediator

report. Ex.P6 is the attested copy of mediator report. Later, we brought the seized property

adult accused and CICLs to the police station. Thereafter, CICL no.1 and 2 produced before

the Juvenile Justice Board and send them to observation home, adult accused produced

before the Court and send to Judicial custody. After completion of investigation I filed

information report.

There is no reason not filing the CC TV footage before this board. No Test
Identification Parade of accused or CICL for conducted.

It is not true to suggest that I conducted table investigation in this case

and did not visit the scene of offence as alleged.

CHIEF EXAMINATION:

I have been working as Sub Inspector of Police, II town PS, Visakhapatnam Since 11 th

July 2018.

On 08-03-2018 GRP police, Visakhapatnam send FIR and complaint copy by way of

transfer through C.No.730/C1CCRP-2018, basing on which LW.7 G.V.Ramana Inspector of

Police registered the FIR as in Cr.no.55/2018 U/Sec.379 of IPC. Ex.P4 is the correspondence

letter dt.05-02-2018. Ex.P5 is the Original of FIR. Our CI send the original FIR through

Court and copies to concerned. Thereafter, this case was endorsed to LW.8 R.Srinivasa Rao

for investigation. The LW.8 reexamined LW.1 to 3 and recorded their statements and visited

the scene of offence i.e RTC complex, Visakhapatnam and prepared the rough sketch. Ex.P6

is the rough sketch. Later, LW.8 R.Srinivasa Rao transferred to New Port PS and I

transferred to New Port to II Town PS and I took up the investigation on 11-07-2018.

During my investigation on 01-11-2018 I received reliable information about the

offenders. I along with my staff went to RTC complex and secured the mediators i.e PW.2

and Lw.5 P.Neelababu there. On seeing us one person try to escape and on suspicion we

caught hold him, he was old offender. On enquiry he disclosed his name and other

particulars, he confessed the offence, I seized Rs.1500/- from his possession under the cover

of mediator report. We brought the CICL with the help of their parents to Police station.

Ex.P7 is the mediator report. I produced the CICL before the Juvenile justice board and

then send him to observation home. After completion of investigation I filed information

report.

It is not true to suggest that we did apprehended CICL nor he confessed any
