NOTE REGARDING BOOKS DISTRIBUTION FOR CLASSES 4 TO 9

Dear Parents,

This year, due to the present situation of increase in the COVID cases, the distribution of the books will
be done through school buses to the respective student's stops. Books will be distributed for classes 4
to 9 on Friday, 25th June 2021. Please find below the schedule for the same.

Please find below the schedule for classes 4 to 9. Parents are requested to be at the stop with the printed
hard copy of the order of the books.

Instructions to parents:-
1. Kindly check Edchemy for the bus route and stop of your child. (Route and stop list is available
on Edchemy under 'Ready Reference')
2. Check the above table for the bus route and the time schedule.
3. I trip buses will start from the school and ply from 9.00 am onwards (Drop Route). II trip buses
will ply from 12.30 pm onwards. The bus will reach the first stop in the route and ply towards the
school. (Pick Up Route)
4. Kindly calculate the approximate time of the bus reaching your stop and be present at the stop
five minutes early.
5. Please carry the hard copy of the books order form. This need to be produced while collecting
books, and without this, books will not be issued.
6. Wearing a mask while collecting the books is compulsory.
7. Please maintain social distancing while collecting the books. We request parents to make a line
classwise in their respective stops to be easy for us to distribute the books.
8. Please carry large cloth bags which will be sufficient to have all the books.
9. Please adhere to the scheduled time for the collection of books.
10. If you miss the scheduled time, please wait till an alternate schedule is assigned.
11. If you are not in Bangalore, and cannot collect the books on the scheduled date, kindly
authorize someone who stays nearby to collect the same and hand it over to you later.
