Documents To Be Prepared Before An Interview

Getting an Interview call is always exciting for a candidate. This gives the candidate an opportunity
to showcase his/her skills to the company officials. But one thing to be kept in mind is that certain
important documents should be kept ready for presenting them to the interviewer incase of both
face-to-face interview and virtual interview.

1. 3 Sets of Resume with proper format and scanned Passport size photograph on it should be
ready. Keep in mind to make changes in it for every company according to its position and
skills required.
2. All your educational Certificates of School level and College level should be ready with you
in a file and also the soft copies in PDF/WORD Format for Virtual Interviews.
3. All your certificates for Academic Achievements and Extra Curricular Achievements should
also be in the file and as well the soft copies in PDF/WORD Format for Virtual Interviews.
4. Proof of address in the form of Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Voter ID card, driving license,
bank passbook or statements and other documents issued by the government.
5. PAN Card (Permanent Account Number) is also asked by some companies irrespective of
whether you are a tax payer or not.
6. If you have experience of working somewhere earlier, you must carry the experience
certificate also.
7. At least 10 Passport Size Photographs clicked in a studio in college uniform with white
background.
8. A Notepad and a pen to note down important things.

Note: The candidates must keep ready all the above documents in soft Copy also (PDF and
Word Format) for Virtual Interviews.
