accorded to authorize Ms PALLAVI PAUL (DIN: 09264341)_ Director of the company to obtain Electrical
Contractor License and also to sign necessary document like contracts for installation work, countersigning test
report and other related matters and to sign execute, negotiate, finalize agreements, undertaking, applications,
returns, papers and documents on behalf of the company and do all such acts, matters, deeds and things and to
take all steps and do all things and give such directions as may be required, necessary, expedient of desirable
which requires authentications in name and on behalf of the Company and to sign the necessary document for
the purpose of the License of Electrical Contractor on behalf of the Company and do all or any of the acts, deeds
matters and things as may be considered necessary on behalf of the Company and its main object of the
Company.

"RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the aforesaid powers to the said official shall be valid and effective unless revoked
earlier by the Board or shall be exercisable by him so long as he is in the concerned to the Companf.

"RESOLVED FURTHER THAT a certified copy of the resolution be given to anyone concerned or interested in the
matter".
