Case Study

The Jebea Dilemma

1.) What could have been done by the owners of Jebea to prevent the situation from happening?
- To avoid this, Jabea owners must update their technology to include the most recent
security that updates and provides results and input, so that if a hacking assault occurs, the
IT specialist will be notified, and the professional will take immediate action to address the
issue and monitor any issues that arise with the framework.

2.) How can SWOT, TOWS, and PESTEL analyses address the threats that occurred on Jebea?
- SWOT, TOWS, and Pestel can address threats by evaluating the impact of threats that have
occurred tothe company, and then they can show the methods that can be used in the
company to enlighten theconsumer while still using the App.

3.) Think of one (1) technopreneurial enterprise that gives prime value to the safety of its client’s
purchases, data, and privacy. How do you think the technopreneurial enterprise protects its
clients’ information?
- Gcash or Paymaya, in my opinion, can be good examples of protecting their customers'
purchase data and privacy. I believe that all of the data collected by the consumer was
stored in a database by I.T personnel in order to prevent data miners from obtaining all of
the data from the consumer.
