Final Requirements (General Guidelines)

1. The following timeline of submission shall be observe:

(Soft Copy)

2. Submission of physical output shall be made by representatives of each section only.

3. Early submission of the requirement due on December 8 shall merit additional five (5) points in the
overall scores in the learning episodes.
4. The latter shall be submitted via google workspace only. No physical/ printed copy shall be
collected. This will facilitate easy plagiarism check. Submission links shall be as follow:

5. Things to submit:
a) Lesson Plan. Make your own lesson plan using the template provided. The main focus of
this are the assessment tasks, both formative and summative.
b) Sketch or visual representation of your OWN concept of 21st century classroom. The focus
of this task the characterization of a 21st century classroom or classroom of “the future”
c) Career Plan. Reflect on your own philosophies and project your career directions using the
template provided.
