In case of shortfall in MPA or the breach of any terms and condition of the Agreement by Customer, CMC becomes chargeable at prevailing rate We expect a substantial value of reagent order from you in the coming month to meet/exceed the MPA commitment so as to ‘make up for the shortfall in the achievement. Also you are simultaneously requested to maintain a healthy payment record to support uninterrupted supplies of reagents.
