Reflection: Module 5
your emotions when it comes to feeling overwhelmed or anxious during a period of academic
stress. As a college student, I value the progress of positive psychology as we enter a period
where being negative towards yourself and social relationships is easier than the contrary. From
breathing techniques during times of anxiousness, showing more gratitude towards our lives on a
daily basis, and fostering more social connections can all be very valuable as I continue my
studies here at Mohawk and onwards. Practising self-care and self-awareness can help you
become a more productive student, more positive person, and produce an overall happier
lifestyle.
