Each party will nominate candidates to stand in constituencies or electoral division
known as an SMC (Single Member Constituency) 单选区 or a GRC (Group
Representation Constituency) 集选区. The SMCs and GRCs will return Members of
Parliament (MPs) 国会议员 according to your votes!

The winning party has the mandate to form the Government 政府 and the people pay
for the government with taxes 税收. The Cabinet 內阁 is led by the Prime Minister
总理, who is appointed from the winning party. The Prime Minister chooses other
ministers from among the Members of Parliament to form the Cabinet. The Cabinet
is responsible for all government plans and for carrying out this work every day!
