Problem 1
Let ABC be a triangle with incenter I. The lines AI and CI intersect the circumcircle
k of triangle ABC at points A0 and C0 . The line through I, parallel to AC, intersects
the line A0 C0 at point P . Prove that the line P B is tangent to k.

Problem 2
Let ABC be an acute triangle such that CA ̸= CB with circumcircle ω and
circumcentre O. Let tA and tB be the tangents to ω at A and B respectively, which
meet at X. Let Y be the foot of the perpendicular from O onto the line segment CX.
The line through C parallel to line AB meets tA at Z. Prove that the line Y Z passes
through the midpoint of the line segment AC.

Problem 3
Consider a semicircle with center O and diameter AD and let B and C be arbitrary
points on it. The circumcircles of triangles ABO and CDO intersect the segment
BC again at points F and E, respectively. Prove that AD2 = 4 · AF · DE.

Problem 4
Let ABC be an acute triangle with ∠ACB = 30◦ and circumcenter O. The points M
on AC and N on BC are such that O is the midpoint of the segment M N . Determine
·CN
the value of CM
AM ·BN .

Problem 5
Let ABC be an acute triangle with orthocenter H. Let G be the point such that the
quadrilateral ABGH is a parallelogram. Let I be the point on the line GH such that
AC bisects HI. Suppose that the line AC intersects the circumcircle of the triangle
GCI at C and J. Prove that IJ = AH.

Problem 6
Let ABC be an acute triangle with orthocenter H and altitudes AA1 , BB1 , CC1 .
The lines AB and A1 B1 intersect at C2 and ℓC is the line through the midpoint of
CH, perpendicular to CC2 . The lines ℓA and ℓB are defined analogously. Prove that
the lines ℓA , ℓB and ℓC are concurrent.
