Competencies required at each level would be different. All cannot be compensated for the
achievement of the same targets although each level would be responsible for the attainment of the
target in different roles.
For example at AVP level talent management, nurturing, mentoring, coaching of people below him
should have a larger weight and business development, strategy too must have a larger weight .Sales
targets per se must have lesser weight.
At the Asst Centre Manager targets should have the maximum weight besides Time Management/
discipline / Product knowledge and Communication skills.
We must ask Sales to in tandem with HR develop this Competency framework so that recruitment/
training/ performance can be according spotted/developed and measured.
