When customers hesitate to purchase a product, there are 6 hurdles.

1 Cannot trust in the company


If you cannot trust in the company, even though, there is a good offer, you never purchase it.
Ex) When you are hungry, you find a restaurant. However the entrance of it looks dirty.
In this case, you will not enter it, even thouh the restran have very delicious menues.
2 Cannot believe in the person
If you cannot believe in the person, you do not want to buy anything from him.
Ex) You do not like the person. In this case, even though this person give you a good offer,
you will not take it. Because, you do not like him. And say "I will buy it from others."
3 Cannot be sure I need/want it
If you cannot think "I need it" or "I want it", you will not purchase.
Ex) You have interst in a new electric viecle, but you are wondering whether you need it ornot.
In this case, you will say "I will think about it more."
4 Cannot choose the best option
"I need it" does not mean, "I buy."
If you cannot find the best option, you cannot buy anything.
Ex) You are hungry and want to eat something, but you cannot decide what you will eat.
In this case, you cannot eat until you find the best option.
5 Cannot think now is the best moment.
If you think "Now is the best timing for the purchase", you never buy it then.
People do not want to use money especially and want to make it late as soon as possible.
Ex) You decide you will by a new bycicle, but you do not feel now is the best moment.
In this case, you will say, "I want to buy it. I will buy it some day."
6 Cannot afford the price
If you do not find value in the product, you feel the price high.
If a person say "It is expensive.", it means "I do not find such value in the product."
