I am kindly requesting assistance to file estafa against the admins of Paluwagan in

Bohol and Davao City. Admins failure to give the agreed amount but force you to
accept the amount less than the capital of the money. these admins refuse to
negotiate and some purposely ignore settlement. I also need the refund of my
money. They lured investor using notarized promissory note some has dry seal and
signed by their "claimed attorneys".
