Sit! Madam, This refers to the applications already received on NIMI Portal for Accreditation / Affiliation / Shifting of ITs etc. In this connection, it is informed that the portal has been opened thrice, in February, March and June 2022 to enable the applicants to complete their applications for Stage 2 and Stage 3, but very few applicants have completed their applications 2. In order to allow the applicants to complete the applications, it has been decided to grant one final opportunity and open the NIMI portal for 15 days starting from 06" Feb 2023 to 20" Feb 2023, for the completion of pending applications at Stage 2 and Stage 3. These applicants will be notified for completion of the application through email, SMS as well as through notification by State Directorates and on NIMI and NCVT- MIS Portal. 3. __ Its also informed that the applications, which are not completed by 20" Feb 2028 will be rejected outrightly on NIMI portal without refund of any fee. It is further informed that the rejected applications will not be granted any further opportunity and will not be considered for further affiliation process. 4. Allowing applications to complete in all respects does not guarantee that the ITI will become eligible for affiliation / accreditation. Applications without a valid NOC from the respective State Directorates or existing ITs that do not meet the grading criteria set by the DGT to add additional units/ trades will be rejected at any stage of the application process.This issues with the approval of Competent Authority Yours fdithtully’” \ (Gijwaf Biswas) Director, TC Section Copy to: 1.
