COMPLAINT

The undersigned accuses Carlos Santos of the crime of Rape, committed as follows:

That on or about the 1st day of March 2024, in the City of Tagum, Davao de Oro,
Philippines, the said accused, with malicious intent, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully, and feloniously have sexual intercourse with the undersigned complainant
without her consent. The accused used force and coercion to engage in the said act
against the will of the complainant.
