an entrepreneur just starting up your own business to develop and sell that product. How would
you go about developing a team to help you? What kinds of people would you select to be on
your team, and why? How would you meet these people and convince them to join your team?
How would you motivate this team to continue to dedicate time or resources into your business
venture? This should be a detailed and specific plan. This assignment should be a minimum of

I’m a 23-year-old guy who loves playing football, therefore the objects or products that I use the
most tend to be football related. Lately I have invested a lot of my money in shoes since the
place that I live requires different type of football boots for every pitch I play in. this has created
for me to spend more money than what I really could had spent in only on pair of football boots.
For this assessment I started to notice the expensive and unnecessary usage of different football
boots and to see how easier it would be to create a single pair of football boots that can be
adjustable to any turf or football pitch. Therefore, I decided to go for a new product that I found
recently on the internet that consist in football boots that will adapt to your necessities.

How would you go about developing a team to help you?

To build my entrepreneurial team, I would first start by searching out what positions I'd need to
have. Adding skills and more heads to the thinking process of the product is a vital part of any
project, therefore I would have to find the perfect people for the job. There are different
positions that are needed to be filled to build the perfect team. I need a skilled team that could
help me minimize cost and expenses alongside creating a great product.

What kinds of people would you select to be on your team, and why?

My product team would be composed by a creative thoughts person that can help with
innovation solutions for different problems. Specialist in marketing will be needed to let the
world know about this product. I need a diverse, creative, and varied team.

How would you meet these people and convince them to join your team?

To make sure that everyone taken in count understand the big picture of the product and the logic
behind it I would firstly communicate my vision and mission. All the members of the team must
have good chemistry between all of us and create a nice place to work at. I need to search for
people with good communication skills in order to understand each other and generate more
opportunities between each other. Also, I need a self-motivated team to keep the energy of the
group always up. Lastly, I would share first-hand the obstacles that the company might be facing
in order to make sure we will have people looking for new challenges.

How would you motivate this team to continue to dedicate time or resources into your business
venture?
An entrepreneur always need to know how to use all their resources and get the maximum
capacity of it, therefore, I would need a team with a creative and startup attitude. Second, I
would avoid micromanaging people and trusting in their `process to help them feel trusted and
self-motivated. I need to be able to articulate the core insight and key messages all of the time.
Finally, if I see that members are having problems at work I would try to talking to them and find
the root of the problem in order to keep them happy and motivated.
