SCOPE AND DELIMITATIONS

Out of 400 third year hospitality management student of nueva ecija university of science and
technology. 150 students were used as sample in conducting the survey.
This study limits its coverage on the third year HM students only. Its main purpose is to identify
the common problem in communication barrier in online class to the students and to propose
possible solution regarding this problem.
This study considers every aspect of student information personal information that has an
problem to their academic performance because of communication barriers such as their age,
home location, gadget that they use to communicate and their sources of internet. Each of the
respondents are given same questionnaires to answer and this study focuses on the current third
year hospitality management student of nueva ecija university of science and technology
sumacab campus.
